Jessica Chastain
Jessica Chastain (born Jessica Chastain) is an iconic American actor, filmmaker and feminist. She has portrayed the role of strong women in films which contain feminist themes. Her birthplace was California which is in the US and developed an interest for acting when she watched the show Joseph and the Amazing Tecnhicolor Dreamcoat. She made her professional stage debut in the production "Romeo & Juliet," and her debut in film with an appearance in the drama film "Jolene". The actress gained more recognition for her roles in films such as "Take Shelter", "The Help", "Mama" and Interstellar. Her role on Zero Dark Thirty won her the Golden Globe Award under the category of Best Actress'. Her most famous roles feature females who are strong and flawed. Some of them are considered feminist. Feminists who are vocal and open about it She has also been recognized to support gender equality. TIME magazine ranked her among the most influential individuals in the world in 2012.
