Jill Hennessy
The native from Edmonton, Alberta has a mix of ancestry from Irish, Italian, Swedish, French and Ukranian. The twin of Jacqueline is an actress and actress as well. As a child, Jill became fluent in different languages such as Italian, French and Spanish. After she turned twelve years older, Jill began her journey into acting. Her acting journey began in Toronto through David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers playing an escort along with the twins of her. Then she studied improv comedy at Second City with Deb Kimmet. Following her move in New York, Claire signed an agreement for two years in Law & Order to be the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid. Also, she was a part of films like RoboCop 3 (1998), Ron Howard's The Paper (2000) and I Shot Andy Warhol 1996) over the course of her three-year stint. Through the following years she was offered roles in several forgettable films. But in 1999, she was cast as a lead in the mini-series uremberg with Alec Baldwin. The roles in the major series like Autumn in New York and Exit Wounds followed. In 2001, she landed leading roles in the crime-themed NBC series Crossing Jordan and in 2007 she was awarded the Gracie Allen award as "Outstanding Female lead in an Drama Series" for her work on the show. The actress got married to another actor Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. They have two children. In 2007, she received an honorary place on Canada's Walk of Fame.
